Contributor Policies
We operate as a curated retail and event space. Participation is structured to ensure professionalism, mutual respect, and clarity for all vendors.
We do not operate under a traditional open consignment model.
Instead, we offer tiered participation options designed to support serious vendors and sustainable collaboration.

🌿 Monthly Vendor Space
6x4 Designated Retail Area
Investment: $300 per month
Approved vendors receive a 6x4 retail display area within the shop for one calendar month.
Monthly vendors are responsible for:

Providing written and pictorial inventory (shop copy + vendor copy + email copy)

Using their own payment processing system

Providing their own bags and packaging materials

Clearly tagging and pricing all items

Maintaining a sales log notebook and pen in their space

Bringing their own locking case or renting limited in-house case space
This model ensures transparency, accountability, and vendor autonomy.
🌙 In-Shop Event Vending
Two-Day Weekend Event
Investment: $75
Single-Day Event Option
Investment: $50
Ideal for vendors who prefer direct engagement and shorter commitments.
Event details and dates are announced seasonally.
✨ Annual Community Fairs (3-Day Events)
Held twice per year.
10x10 Booth — $165
8x4 Booth — $105
6x4 Booth — $85
Artist / Author Booth (4x4) — $60
Fairs are designed for expanded visibility, audience growth, and community exposure.
Space is limited and curated.
🌿 Select Partnership Option (Limited Availability)
In rare cases, we may enter into a 50/50 profit partnership for products that strongly align with shop needs (e.g., curated second-hand books or specialty items).
These arrangements are:
