This fee applies to vendors who pack up or leave their booth prior to the official event closing time.
Maintaining a full and active vendor floor throughout all posted event hours is essential to the overall success of the fair. Early teardown disrupts the flow of the event, negatively impacts customer experience, and affects fellow vendors.
By participating in the event, vendors agree to remain set up and open for the full duration of event hours each day.
Fee: $100
This fee will be applied if a vendor begins teardown or leaves before the designated closing time without prior approval for a documented emergency.
Exceptions are made for legitimate emergencies (medical or family-related), and communication with event management is required in those cases.
This policy is in place to ensure a consistent, professional, and supportive environment for all participants.
