Thank you for your interest in collaborating with our vodcasts, blog, and Celestial Imprints Magazine. Our platform is curated with intention, warmth, and professionalism. To maintain a respectful and welcoming environment for our diverse audience, all contributors must follow the policies outlined below.

Our Atmosphere

Our conversations are relaxed, thoughtful, and exploratory. We encourage authentic dialogue and natural flow. While discussions may meander organically, all participants must respect host moderation and remain generally aligned with the agreed topic.

Application Process

All prospective guests and contributors must:

1. Submit a written application

2. Submit an original article (900–1,600 words)

3. Complete a private pre-interview video call

4. Receive formal approval before scheduling

Participation is confirmed only after all steps are completed.

Article Submission Requirement

All applicants must submit an original, unpublished article aligned with their proposed topic.

If approved, the article may be published as:

• A featured guest blog post

• Inclusion in Celestial Imprints Magazine

Publication is not guaranteed and remains at editorial discretion.

Content Standards

To maintain a focused and welcoming space, the following content is not permitted on any platform affiliated with Des Moines New Age Shop & Community Center:

• Political campaigning or partisan advocacy

• Politically divisive debate

• Promotion, advocacy, or glorification of illegal substances

• Hate speech or discriminatory rhetoric

• Explicit illegal activity

Content outside of our platform’s focus may be declined or removed.

Pre-Interview Requirement

All guests must complete a brief off-air video pre-interview.

This private call allows us to:

• Ensure alignment

• Review expectations

• Confirm technical readiness

• Maintain a cohesive and respectful panel dynamic

Participation in the pre-interview is mandatory.

We reserve the right to decline participation if alignment is not a fit.

Additional Participants Policy

Guests may not invite, include, or feature additional individuals without prior written approval.

No unapproved individuals may appear on camera, off camera, or within the recording environment.

Each additional participant must independently:

• Submit an application

• Submit an article

• Complete a pre-interview

• Receive formal approval

This policy ensures professionalism and respect for the audience experience.

Recording & Publication Consent

By participating in any vodcast produced by Des Moines New Age Shop & Community Center (including affiliated programs and series), you acknowledge:

• All recordings remain the sole property of the organization.

• Content may be edited, published, promoted, archived, and redistributed at our discretion.

• Episodes will not be removed upon request except in cases of legal necessity.

• Participation constitutes consent for ongoing public availability.

By submitting written content, you acknowledge:

• Editorial rights are retained by the organization.

• Minor edits may be made for clarity and formatting.

• Publication decisions are final.

• Content will not be removed retroactively due to personal disputes or changes of opinion.
