One question I get quite a lot in the shop is:
“Where is the best place to buy crystals in Des Moines?”
Well… of course my answer is going to be:
Des Moines New Age Shop 😄

Crystals take time, labor, sourcing, travel, mining, cleaning, and knowledge to bring into a shop and/or travel vending booths.
So while it’s absolutely okay to:
ask about layaway
ask about payment options
ask about bundle pricing
or discuss trades/services respectfully
it’s important to approach the process with consideration.
A lot of small crystal shops and booths at lapidary shows are run by very hardworking people trying to keep things going while sharing something they genuinely love.
And honestly?
Many of us are short on help all the time 😆
