I got the companion video for Lunar Eclipse & The Great Release: What Are You Done Carrying? finished—and it ended up becoming more than simply a video version of the article.
In this 16-minute discussion, I dig further into lunar eclipse energy, release, endings, emotional weight, old patterns, and the things we sometimes keep carrying simply because we have carried them for so long.
The original article began with one question:
What are you done carrying?
The video expands on that question, explores some of the ideas from the article in greater depth, and adds a few thoughts that developed while I was recording.
