Booth Details & Payment
Each booth space is 6 ft x 4 ft and rented for one calendar month, beginning on the 1st of the month.
(Available October through April)
Booth Fee: $300 per month (due with application and due on the 1st of each month).
Late Fee: $55 (for payments made on or after the 5th of the month).
Booth Sharing Fee: $150 per additional business, in addition to booth fee.
Discounts: Available for bookings of 3 months or more—please inquire!

What’s Included
Payment covers space only.
Vendor must provide their own table, chairs, signage, display, and payment system (cash box, card reader, etc.).
Recommended for Readers: 1 table and at least 3 chairs.
Furniture Rental (Optional):
Tables or chairs available at $35 per piece.
Any damage to rented furniture incurs a $100 replacement fee, in addition to booth rent.
Storage:
No overnight storage of items is permitted unless arranged and approved by management.
 
 
Vendor Rules & Expectations
1. Respect & Conduct
Be respectful and polite to fellow vendors, customers, and shop personnel.
Rude, aggressive, or disruptive behavior will result in removal without refund.
2. Bathroom Use
Vendors and customers must use the mall bathrooms.
(The shop does not have a public restroom.)
3. Restricted Areas
The stockroom and back rooms are off-limits unless accompanied by shop personnel (Alicia, Nicole, Antoinette, or Dennis).
Unauthorized entry may result in immediate removal without refund.
(Medical exceptions may be granted by Alicia.)
4. Zero Tolerance Policy
Absolutely no illegal substances permitted on premises.
Violation of this policy results in immediate removal and permanent ban.
Note: Many customers and staff are allergic to marijuana. Even with a prescription, please refrain from exposing others to it.
5. Booth Cleanliness & Trash Removal
Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth space clean and free of debris.
Trash must be disposed of in the outdoor dumpster after each day.
If staff must clean your booth, a $100 cleaning fee will be charged.
6. Promotion & Advertising
All vendors are expected to help promote their time at the shop:
Share event flyers, posters, and pages on social media.
Invite your friends, clients, and followers to attend.
You’ll receive an email invitation template to share with your contacts.
You may also send us your email list, and we’ll send invites for you.
We’ll provide event materials to display at your booth to help advertise where you’ll be appearing next.
