Booth Details
Each booth space measures 4 ft x 4 ft.
Booth Fee: $60 for all three days.
Booth fee covers space only.
Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, tablecloths, displays, signage, payment system, and décor.
All booth decorations must be safe, family-friendly, and contained within your allotted space.
Booth fee is for all three days of the fair. No single-day spots available

📚 Vendor Type Restrictions
This area is strictly for authors and artists.
✅ Allowed:
Books, zines, prints, bookmarks, art, book-themed merchandise, art merchandise (posters, pins, stickers, tote bags, etc.)
❌ Not Allowed:
Jewelry
Crystals or stones
Psychic readings, tarot, or energy work
Reiki, sound healing, spellwork, or divination
Anything illegal, vulgar, political, or adult in nature
No hate speech, drug references, or sexually explicit material
No gossiping or negative talk about others—our event is a positivity-only zone!
Booth fee is due with application, (we fill up fast, so book early)
*Booths are on a first come first serve basis.
Late fee (Booth fee paid less then 30 days before the event) $25, in addition to booth fee.
Booth Sharing Fee - $35 per extra business, in addition to booth fee.
The Booth cost does not include table and chairs, you must provide your own tables & chairs.

Vendor Contract and Agreements PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY:
*Please be respectful and polite to your fellow vendors, customers, Fair personnel and The Fair itself. We do not tolerate ill-mannered behavior, if you are found to have violated this rule you will be asked to leave without a refund.
*We have a ZERO Tolerance policy on Illegal substances at Des Moines New Age Shop and Events. If you are found to have violated this policy, you will be asked to leave without a refund and will be banned from our events in the future.
*Quick note: Many of our Customers are extremely allergic to Marijuana, including 3 of our main Helpers. Even if you have a prescription, please make sure not to expose our customers and our Helpers to it.
*Booth Fee DOES NOT INCLUDE: table, system of cash/credit card taking or chairs, you must provide your own.
SET UP HOURS : Friday 10am to 2:30pm
We ask that all vendors be set up by 2:35pm on the day of the fair, late set up (barring prearrangement with Alicia or Medical/Family emergency) will incur a $50 fee, in addition to booth fee.
Teardown is at 5pm on Sunday, no earlier. Early teardown will incur a $100 early teardown fee (barring prearrangement with Alicia or Medical emergency), in addition to booth fee.
🌟 General Policies
This is an all-ages event. Keep displays and conversations appropriate for all audiences.
Vendors are expected to be polite, professional, and supportive of each other.
No early packing—please honor event hours.
All sales are handled by the vendor.
Keep your area clean and remove trash daily. Trash left behind will incur a $50 cleanup fee.
Promote your attendance! Share the event on your social media, tag @DesMoinesNewAgeShop, and invite your fans.
The more we all share, the bigger the turnout!
If you are a Vendor, Reader, Business taking part in this show, you need to promote the show through your personal and Business social pages. Invite friends, family, coworkers, clients, etc. Share the event page, flyers, and posters on all your social media outlets and your website. Send out personal invites to your clients. Have an event calendar or flyer up at your show vending tables leading up to this event. Remember it is your show also. The more people you tell, the more successful show!
